3. Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping may not apply when:

If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, wrong colour, or an incomplete order, please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery.

Provide clear photographs of:

The product packaging
The shipping label
Any barcode, SKU, or item label

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution. This may include sending the correct item, supplying a missing component, issuing a refund, or providing return instructions.

You will not be charged approved return shipping costs when the incorrect or incomplete order resulted from our error.

6. Products That Do Not Match Their Description

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, and photographs accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural product variation.

Measurements may also vary slightly because of manual measurement or manufacturing tolerances. Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s intended use may not qualify as defects.

If you believe the product you received is materially different from its description, contact us with your order details and clear supporting photographs. We will review the matter and offer an appropriate resolution when the product is confirmed to be materially inconsistent with the listing.

7. Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days when you change your mind, no longer need the item, ordered the wrong variation, or decide that the product is not suitable for your space.

The item must remain unused and returnable. For hydroponic planters, propagation vases, and similar products, adding water, soil, plants, seeds, roots, fertilizer, or decorative materials generally means the item has been used.

Please review product dimensions carefully before ordering. Photographs may make a product appear larger or smaller depending on styling and surroundings.

Approved change-of-mind returns remain subject to inspection. Products returned with signs of use, damage, missing parts, contamination, inadequate packaging, or altered condition may be rejected or may qualify only for a reduced refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are otherwise covered by mandatory law:

Items purchased from another retailer or unauthorized seller

9. Return Packaging Requirements

Glass products must be packaged carefully to prevent breakage during return transit.

Whenever possible, use the original box, moulded inserts, foam, dividers, bubble protection, and other materials supplied with the order. The product should not move freely inside the package.

If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy shipping box and sufficient protective material around every side of the item. Products containing separate glass components should be wrapped individually.

Do not return a fragile glass product in an unpadded envelope, thin box, or oversized package without adequate internal protection.

The customer may be responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging when the product was not already defective or damaged before the return.

10. Return Shipment and Tracking

When shipping an approved return, obtain and retain the tracking information and shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

A product is not considered returned until it has been received at the approved return facility. We are not responsible for packages lost because the customer ignored the approved return method, used an incorrect address, or failed to obtain proof of shipment.

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, contact the shipping carrier and notify our support team.

11. Return Inspection

After an approved return arrives, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the eligibility conditions.

Inspection may include confirming:

14. Exchanges

If an approved replacement is sent because the original product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, additional payment will generally not be required for the same item.

15. Order Cancellations
